Step 1 - Run Disk check and then CHKDSK. Restart the PC and wait until the fix is done.

I have a problem with my friend laptop, he said he got a blue screen and then the laptop immediately restart by itself

When the laptop is on, all the background app (aka the shortcut app like chrome and game) are disappeared, or gone to nothing only background wallpaper.

He can't even do left click to refresh, and can't click windows button.

But we already tried to restart the laptop by:

Ctrl+alt+del

To click the restart button.

But the same thing still happen, but then we got an idea, what if we open file explorer.exe? Then we do it with Ctrl alt del, to open task manager, but task manager doesn't open.

There are no app, anything, and can't click anything, and can't open anything.

But he can go to Ctrl alt del

After start up all of a sudden it's froze. Keyboard does not work and mouse. Can't even use the mouse to click the main menu because after start up it's stuck.
