i saw the all 7 episodes, and i recommended kindly! i am not British, and i do not know all the British actors, but the performance of Lesley Manville was amazing! A superb She was born for this job.

Just watched part 2 and I like it very much. in the real attack on the post office in Gdansk, a little 8 year old Polish girl walked out and the Nazis attacked her with a torch blower! She spent 7 weeks dying in agony. I like that the Polish actors have genuine Polish accents .

This is one of the best series I've ever seen. It's so well made. You really feel the heavyness & worry from the start. And how the reality off war & the horror the Nazis brought, both at home & abroad..
I was hooked straight away & i'm sad tjere is only 7 episodes. I'm waiting for e 4, but it's realised here on thuesday soo 1 week.. 1 looong week until I can see the next episode..
