What is apiculture ?

Apiculture word is made up of two Latin words apis and cultura. Apis means bee and cultura means growing or rearing.

Apiculture is scientific method of rearing honeybees for manufacturing honey and beeswax. And it is a vital part of agriculture.
It is also known as honey farming, beekeeping, and bee farming.
