My name is Dr Sarah Tonks, and I'm an aesthetic physician based in Knightsbridge, London. I have degrees in both medicine and dentistry, and diplomas in cosmetic science and dermatology (I've got a bit of an education addiction🤓) and have been practicing medical aesthetics for over 10 years. I've been featured in Tatler, Hello, Vogue and on ITV's This Morning and Channel 4's Bodyshocker - but I still have so much to get off my chest, so I decided to create this channel!

A suggestion would be that we see the patients not only in identical light and brightness in before and after but also actual footage with them moving their faces and smiling. From all angles. There's very little you can detect in a straight on image lit from the front-light from above would be a lot more revealing- and sometimes you can barely see a difference! On prophilo Id say that it sounds amazing in theory but really can't see any benefit that justifies the cost if I'm honest. Again that might be different in reality and in more wrinkled skin after two sessions rather than just one and in skin that looks pretty flawless to begin with. It would also be helpful to state the exact amount of filler per area as you go along injecting.Thanks for all the info!! xx

Great video, I just had my first profhilo treatment done and already my skin is more supple, you’re right when you say the 2D pictures don’t do it justice, can’t wait for your new format wishing you every success.

Dr Tonks, you are amazing! Thank you for all the hard work and dedication in these videos. The amount of knowledge one can gain just listening to random videos of yours is insane!

I know most treatments you show and available in general are for face fillers and Botox. However, body skin treatments are rarely shown. Can we use fillers, dermal threads, etc.. on the body to help improve skin texture, tone and appearance? Age, health condition, weight loss, hormones, etc... have the same impact on the body as they do on the face but I feel this is a topic that is more rarely spoken about. Surgery is definitely an option but why go that far if one can benefit from a less invasive option. Much love xx

I honesty did not really see a difference in any of the before and after pictures. I think if any differences I did see was due to lighting and the angle. But great information regarding Profhilo.

Old video so you might not notice the comment! Just wanted to ask if this has the risks that come with filler?. For example hitting an artery or ocular occlusion.

I'm was considering Profhilo but I have to say, I can't see any difference in any of those before and after photo's. not even a subtle difference - not just on this video, I've watched others as well. You can get a better result and a glow with a serum

I have had viscoderm hydrobooster one day ago and the area above my lip is protruding further than my lip line vermillion border and with no difference to the vertices lip lines just a bulbous area. Is this normal and will the bulbousness return to normal. Not with you it was at a different clinic. 🙂
