Sweet sweet books! I gotta try lehmann one day...I actually tried another bindery in Ontario called smithsfalls and they were really good too...super fast as well but from the price you just mentioned it would seem lehmann 's is cheaper (and technically closer to me ) so I should definitely try them out...also can I say say? The dfab looks amazing in this video!

This might be a slightly insane idea but do you think it would it be possible to create custom bind by splitting up an omnibus? I know that would probably be kind of stupidly expensive and I'd probably feel pretty bad cutting up a nice hardcover but like you said about 52, they'd so much easier to read as thinner volumes but I tend towards them because I like the larger page size in spite of the larger page count.
