Mike, that subframe needs to replaced, or if you have all the pieces you'll have to drop the subframe so a welder can fix it. But it would be a lot easier to just replace it. And my wife says you need to include Lola in all of your videos. Lol

The cradle looks busted on both sides. It would probably be super wise to cut your losses and just get a new one. Less snowball effect of frame alignment and welding moving forward.

If you were going to fix it for resale if it's not really if you can warm it up and bend it down and it doesn't affect the drivability or resale I just leave it goes but if you can get the whole K frame they're not that hard to change you just once you remove it gets put a jack the hold the motor up and see how much it costs don't give him your other one that one's aluminum you can least cash it in for scrap and you're not losing no money
