you need to hold the nano tape and stick it together. Also I am unsure if you really need ro heat it up. Only when you wanna blow it up but with water I do not think you neet to heat it.

Well, the truth is the blow dryer actually melted to the point that it cannot stick to what you’re putting it on the white that you blow dried it, it could not stabilize itself. Also, did you remove the plastic from it?

I thied this method and it works amazing, it doesn't even need heat . It works more better when your tap is small.

I know why it didn’t work. It’s because when you’re making a water nano bubble, you do not need to dry it or else it will not work because it is so hot. The water will not be able to go inside the bubble correctly.
