FIX Error 1068 - Task Scheduler Cannot Start

Here is the solution for Task Scheduler error associated with error 1068.

"ERROR 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start."

Example of an error:

Disk defragmenter cannot start because the task windows could not start task scheduler service on local computer error 1068: the dependency service.

This is the solution to all NVIDIA installer not opening and disk defragmenter not working sayin - "Task Scheduler service is not running, make sure its running and try again".
Make sure you guys start and set all of the above system setting to automatic as in video.

Task scheduler service is a system service and you cannot change the startup type from services.msc use the registry value to set it to automatic or manual

Cool!!! Five days wasted watching useless videos till I found this one. Task Scheduler is now running and I was able to set up Windows Time Service that was driving me crazy. Error 1208 was the key to solve those two problems. You got a new subscriber.

The text when i right click on Task Scheduler is grey as you? How do i fix that?

I figured it out but you weren't very clear. See you start the tutorial enabling the Task Scheduler, when that's our exact problem; We can't enable it due to the error. Never once did you say to enable the two services (Event Log & Remote Procedure Call) first so that it will allow you to enable Task Scheduler service. The video was helpful to know what services I needed enabled but still wasn't very clear but thank you.

But i disabled win event log and collector because while these were on... They created a lag in gta 4...when i press any keys in game.... The game become laggy... But without these...
