For most of my life ive really struggled with socializing with others and connecting with them, it's gotten really bad lately I am strongly avoidant to people and don't trust them and grown to just generally strongly dislike others, i know deep down this isn't right and its not a healthy way to view others, it's made me so depressed lately feeling like this but this has helped me lighten my soul a bit.
