The Bloonchipper was just way too difficult for NK to balance for BTD6 standards. Pat Fusty level 10 ability and Final Harmonic Mermonkey was a step in the right direction.
But if I were tasked to add the Bloonchipper to BTD6, I would make MOAB shredding hella slow. Don't even get me started on Supa-vac...

Considering it just let like 4000 lives worth of insides through, it’s really not all that crazy. Idk if BTD5 had bloon strength ramping, but if we assume that the ZOMG summoned here would be at the expected strength of a BTD6 round 80 ZOMG, a MAD would pop that layer in only 9 shots, probably quicker than the chipper did here. But, while the MAD is also bad at dealing with small bloons and ceramics, its ability would easily be able to clear them all out this round if timed properly.

The only benefit that this has over something like MAD is that it also stalls those big bloons, but now we’ve got the Mermonkey to provide that exact effect, not to mention the many other options for slowing or stalling stuff like Super Glue, Icicle Impale, MOAB Dom, Maim MOAB, MOAB Shove, Super Storm, Bloon Sabotage, Bloon Crush, and Pouakai, so it’s not like we’re at a loss of options to pair up with a MAD to create an even better effect with only one extra tower.

I think the real issue with it is that it would just be a really unfun tower to implement and to use. It’s a one-trick pony, it really only sucks in bloons and puts them back on the track after some processing, so it would be extremely difficult to give it 3 unique paths that make it have significantly different use cases that don’t just boil down to “This is the path for high single target damage, this is the path for dealing with tons of small bloons, and I don’t even know what the third would be”. Even more simple towers in theory like the spike factory have very different strategies and situations in which you’d want to use each path, even though they all ultimately just place stationary obstacles on the track to damage bloons reaching that spot.

The only way how it could be added is if it gets added as a rebuildable tower in Scrapyard map and is like 10x more expensive (cause maintenance) with only the original 4 tiers and 2 paths

if they did, I'm sure it won't be as powerful, but still powerful enough so it doesn't make the game too easy or too hard but just right

Man, I miss the Bloonchipper. (I still play BTD5 mobile because of it) If Omni Shredder was a fifth tier top path in 6, it can shred BADs. And of course, needs a good balance

Maybe in the future Ninja Kiwi could reconsider thier decision, and add the bloon chipper in the game, with appropriate balancing of course, like make it so the moab destruction path can't suck up B.A.D. and T5 can only pick up Z.O.M.G.s or the triple vac path can pick up small bloons on T4, and T5 picks up smaller moab class bloons, and somthimh unique for teh 3rd path.

But then again it is a maybe, if it never gets added, oh well.
