So I'm just looking for a simple way to get notified when my Plex pc is down

Since I am a beginner at home automations I really don't want to dedicate the learning process for home assistant. (Or any coding and maintenance on open source similarities of home assistant)

I was wondering if this would work for me and/or if there is any other simpler way to do what i search for.

My skills so far are along the lines of these tools:
Alexa, ifttt, voicemonkey, macrodroid, and smart things. I am in the process of learning webhooks and wonder if that would have an easier way to notify me when my pc or my Plex server is down.

Is it even possible or is it just a dream 🙁
