I just realized that I have been doing a rudimentary version of the breathing maneuver when I have been riding high-g rollercoasters that switch directions rapidly.

Nice Video, have me Brainstorming idea's about how to counter G-Force
I wonder if muscle training will help and if so by how much ( or maybe having somthing connect to the head to delivery blood ) to help with the lack of blood within the brain ) but then that carrys risk in it self.
