I’m blown away by your quest to deliver food that is good for people! The best for people! We need to go back to our roots which is so hard with the mass production of everything! When are we going to stop slaughtering sentient animals for our pleasure and taste buds? Dairy is for baby cows and you are not a baby cow. Butter and cheese come from a mother cow whose calf was stolen and killed for veal and she was hooked up to milking machines til she couldn't stand up any longer. I was disappointed to learn that he wasn't vegan.
