This is Billy Robinson's Russian 2-on-1 series from Catch wrestling, adopted for the ground. I've also worked on it for guard purposes for several years now. I feel many ways it actually works better with the original Russian 2-on-1 grip, enabling to take the back, sweep etc. etc. which further eases the resistance to finish the actual Reverse Double Wrist Lock submission hold. Plus the R2o1 grip is much more difficult to roll your wrist out of.

Works well with many people, since they are unfamiliar with the pain that can be caused by the Keylock (I mean actual Keylock, not that poorly named Top Wrist Lock), so they'll be surprised by the move until it's too late.
