Very cool lamp. I have one almost exactly the same with a small ring of white marble in the base. If you end up getting the correct glass shade, I suggest adding a regular lampshade to sit on top of it that would just barely shade the three smaller lights. I lived with mine for years with harsh light until I tried a lampshade. It was a revelation. Clear incandescent bulbs create a really cool shadow pattern on the ceiling. Clear LEDs don't make the shadows. When do you think it was manufactured? My guess is 1930s-40s but I'm not really sure. I saw an ad in a 1930s issue of National Geographic showing a whole line of this type of lamp with a claim that they're good for eye health.
