I'm NOT taking up for the bad guy, but why doesn't the U.S. Marshals NOT have body cameras?

Federal Marshals are making a habit of crashing into a suspects' vehicles in unmarked cars. The suspect has no idea they're law enforcement and they try to get away. That's when the federal agents unload on them. That's a death trap set up by law enforcement.

The public needs more details.. like did the police frame him? Who planted the gun? Did they identify themselves? The police definitely can't be trusted
