How much professional income for citizens is eligible for withholding tax? Also what did you mean about the tax payer demanding URA? Again am I entitled to a certificate because your withholding tax agents claim it even from people without Tin numbers how do I follow up in that case?

This is very important information but u've decided to lock out a number of tax payers as if URA has to first confirm that you are a muganda before they as you to remit taxes. We need to get serious here.

mind about the language next time, cause your communication is limited to few, does it mean others who dont know dont pay tax
