I wonder what makes kids fall out of the game more?

losing or pushing kids to train like this. Personally I have seen more kids drop out of soccer or switch teams because they were losing and felt they were not good enough to play or the team was not good enough for them. I have also seen kids pushed by coaches and watched them radiate with confidence growing more in love with the game.I think it depends on the kid.

If I see again one of my exercises that we use at CGSA back in mid 90's I will be sick to my stomach. Need t0 innovate their exercises from their own creativity and experience. But the boy is so cute :)

Can the boy even run with the ball? Should be concentrated on ball familiarity then cognitive skills which pros learn in experience not forced in training
