GR 16 SENTIER DE LA SEMOIS 2. L' ARDENNE (Herbeumont-Monthermé)

From Herbeumont the Semois meanders through the Ardennes. The GR 16 follows the course of the river, making it one of the most scenic hiking routes in Belgium, with lots of nature and beautiful views, but which also presents a sporting challenge due to the large differences in height (the ladders before Rochehaut have now been replaced by safer ones and there is an alternative way without ladders).
