Mr.Jan, this is my initial inquiry to you. My representative from the UAE has advised me to sign a work permit at this time, assuring me that they will assist in finding another job upon my arrival in the Czech Republic. Is this possible? I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Keep up the good work. Please respond on that. I am waiting for my EEA family residence permit. It’s been already 40 days. Still didn’t received any letter and online it says “in process” . when they will ask me to come and do biometric? I am waiting and desperate to get that one

Hello Jan,

I am Ali Awais. I am a master's student here in Prague, Czech Republic. Apart from studies I work in a mini shop as a salesman. In May I applied the work visa from my employer (Kashmir s.r.o.) for the position of Salesman. My application has been approved and I will pickup my employee card on 12th of Jul next week. One important thing, I did not submit my study confirmation for the next year with my employee visa application.

The matter is, I got a new job offer from another employer with very good salary package and other benefits and I really want to join the new job.

My question is that can I change my employer in this scenario. Seeking your guidance please. Thanks in advance!

Sir the filing to new employer on the ministry takes how long is it takes about 2 months? Or can i apply for change employer during my 60 days?

Hello Jan., My change employer rejected two times by the ministry due to wrong details of my contract. Now they correct the wrong details of my contract by my new employer for the 3rd times. But I would like to know if the ministry will approve because I already exceed no 60 days time prior for the 3rd times submitting
