Sorry, but I’m not buying it. This feels so staged — almost like lines on a script she rehearsed. The details are not adding up. Why did she ask for Anthony to delete the screenshots if she knew he was single and they were not doing anything wrong? And if she was really curious as to their relationship status, GIRL, it doesn’t take a genius to just simply check Jam’s account. She has been posting that they’re still together. YOU CAN’T FEIGN IGNORANCE.

Maris and Anthony are both in the wrong at this. Perhaps it’s just worse on Maris’ part because not only did she cheat on Rico and then did an interview with total lies on the cause of their break up to avoid bad publicity, she also did another woman wrong.

Sorry, Maris, people can see through your “acting”. You’re not crying because you’re sorry. You’re crying because you’re scared your career is over when you, yourself, caused this downfall of yours in the first place.

Edit: To the people in the comments saying I’m not the one she hurt. You’re right. I’m not. It’s Jam, whom she did not even apologize to in this lengthy “apology” of hers.

Of course Anthony is at fault too. He sounds like a complete tool, tbh. But he is not the one in this video. I’m just merely pointing out the inconsistencies in Maris’ statement. She need not lie if she were really being sincere.

Yes, we’re all humans. We make mistakes. But this apology doesn’t seem like an actual apology, but more of an interview made to save face. Maris could have said something as simple as “I made a mistake. I hurt you. I’m sorry, Jam.” Instead she pointed fingers and belabored on justifying why she did what she did contrary to her claim of taking “accountability.”

Why am I saying all this? Last time I checked, Maris made a “public” apology, so the public is free to respond.

At any rate, I hope the parties grow from this. I guess my sympathy just goes to Jam because she endured so much. And if you can’t find a reason to sympathize with her, then let’s just hope you never get cheated on before you get to understand what kind of pain it feels like.

I honestly hope Jam finds a man who’ll treat her right. :)

Jam was the first to be bashed, bullied, and body-shamed online dahil sa mga fans, and that’s why she chose to expose her truth. Kahit na may chance na ma-demanda siya or people would say, “Ano bang nakuha niya sa ginawa niya?”, I feel so proud of her.
