I’m getting told by my doctor that I’m having contractions and will continue to have them throughout the pregnancy. I’m 28 weeks. But after hearing about Braxton Hicks, I’m 100% convinced that’s what they are. I’m so confused. Why wouldn’t I be cleared to fly if I’m just having Braxton hicks? Makes no sense.

Is there any vitamins to relax uterus? My belly is hard and tight when i'm walking or i stand up. It only gets soft when i lay down 1'm 24 weeks my OB gynecologist said there's no problem with the baby but i'm still worried because of the tightening of my stomach. I hope u can answer me

How about round ligament pain? I feel like when i get a tightening of the uterus, if i turn one way, that pulling pain gets so intense. I also feel it a lot when I am working out or teaching my aerial hammock class. I'm currently 32wks, 45yo, 3rd "surprise" baby.
