I insist you stop these videos immediately!!! I recently found the Newport and Lincoln City areas and love them just the way they are. No one else needs to know!!!

Nye Beach was a game changer for my wife and I when we whent to visit... This community won us over it has everything you would want in a beach town... We are coming back for our next visit in a couple months. Great video 😉👍💛

Is there a lot of development there? Honestly, I'm looking for an area where there just isn't a lot of housing development going on now, and not likely in the future. I live in a town that went from the low thousands to close to 50, 000 and climbing in about 20 years, and I want to go somewhere small and quiet.

In the late '70s Nye beach was the only place young people could afford rent. You could rent a little cottage for about $125 per month. I wonder if those were the original cottages. It used to be the "Hippy" part of town.
