STORYLINE:
A spectacular meteor shower dazzled in the night sky overnight on Monday.

Due to clear skies and hot weather in Bosnia, the annual Perseid meteor shower, active since July, was able to be seen clearly from the Bjelasnica mountain top.

A groups of enthusiasts gathered around a war-time monument on top of the mountain to view the spectacle.

Meteor, or perseid showers can be seen from high mountain tops in Bosnia, usually from places that are over 2,000 meters above sea level.
