He comments on the persistence of Western countries to push for Green Energy in the Global South and East, while simultaneously consuming vast quantities of fossil fuels and expecting developing states to immediately switch to renewable energy without any guidance, as a type of neo-colonialism

The climate change, is a very complex subject, in which too many details are not seen yet, not only because of unwillingness, but also because the military is involved in it, next to Telecom, an industry that is related with the military. The ionosphere is the most essential part of the global electrical circuit, related with what we name "weather". Several ionospheric heaters(!!) are used in the military, like for instance Over The Horizon radars, and these are in a direct contact with HAARP alike antenna farms, which beam electromagnetic radiation to the ionosphere and the ionosphere echoes it to the OTH radars. There are 16 of these HAARP alike antenna farms, worldwide, also in Russia. It was factually Russia who had the first, named SURA, and later came HAARP, in Alaska. USA still denies that it is a military farm. All governments silence the subject and those who protested against it were categorized as conspiracy theorists. A pertinent lie. More scientists dare to write about it. Also Norway has one: EISCAT, in the far north. It is time that all bells are sounding. Especially because there are 1, 000, 000 5G satellites planned in (in!) the Ionosphere.

This is the first time in the history of mankind that satellites are orbited so low, and directly IN the ionosphere. Musk is orbiting 5G satellites since June 2020, and many tens of thousands of 5G satellites are already beaming phased arrays from the ionosphere to earth. Each five years all these satellites have to be replaced. This means that the total of rocket launches is endless, and that Musk needs fossile fuels to create kerosene for his rocket launches. Venezuela's oil is therefore crucial to keep Musk launching. Musk needs Trump to realize a coup in Venezuela.

Russia is going to launch its own satellites. Where is the end? Also oceans are microwaved. An area as big as entire Europe (!!) has already been mined with deep sea mining and it does not restore naturally. That mined area has become lifeless, while ocean life and all creatures in it, depend on the life of the ocean floor. The deep sea mining of the ocean floor started when was obvious that the minerals that Telecom needs for the battery in cellphones, electric cars, iPads are coming to an end, after exploiting the north east of the DR Congo. Also a cover up by governments world wide: a genocide took place there. And an ecocide. All for the cellphone.

It is extremely alarming and hardly anybody talks about it. Humanity believes that governments care for them. That safety guidelines decisionmakers are fair, honest people, without ties with Telecom. It is proven that Telecom's "science" is fraud. Russia's RNCNIRP opposes the west's "safety" guidelines. They warn WHO. WHO is corrupted by Telecom via the WHO-EMFproject.
But not even the Russian government follows up RNCNIRP's advice. Chair Professor Oleg A Grigoriev warns also against 5G. Cellphones. Especially for children. Hopefully President Putin is going to invite him.

Why do communists hate the environment? I'm not educated but always get the vibe that communists hate the environment just as much as capitalists do. For example, the South Asian gentleman asking the first question has it exactly backwards, it's economic development (the rich) that cause environmental destruction. Elevating the poor just makes the environment worse.
Is it just too painful to suggest the opposite? Communism seems to make everyone poorer without helping the environment though. Fortunately there are lots of different ways to live, and we should seek indigenous wisdom to find ways to be happy and healthy.
