if you dont have the bluetooth icon on the headphon just use + volum

Hi,
In my Windows 10 the options for bluetooth are different. I do not have a option called Bluetooth and other devices, but i have the options separately. I have bluetooth in one tab and devices in other tab. When i turn on the bluetooth, my Level U(not pro version) is not getting recognized. Please help me.
