Great feature! I can't update my SCAL but sometime in the future I know I will need a new machine (nothing lasts forever) this will come in handy.

So would you use the knockout feature to avoid the ridges from overlapping the vinyl when layering? For instance I am doing a glass piece. Bottom layer is baby feet. When I put the name on top of it I don't like the look of seeing the edges of the feet beneath.

Hey Rob, I have a question about cutting from Sure Cuts A Lot. I create a lot of 14" wide by 19" high signs. Right now they cut vertically so I'm wasting a lot of vinyl. Is there a way to make it cut horizontally? Thanks :D
