Will you be cooking the mustard greens or just eating in salad or fresh? The red mustards are pretty do they keep the color once you cook them?

Thanks for the tour. I’m a beginner and so afraid of the bugs/insects defeating me so for now I have covered everything with Agfabric. How long does it take the Mustard Greens to fully grow before I can harvest them?
