Hi Sue, I looked up some otc options for the sun poisoning bumps, I get them too and have used colloidal creams and aloe vera. I also saw there's a benadryl with aloe and a product called Alocane, both are topical analgesics. There were some options for making cold compresses, my grandma used to make those with tea bags when we'd get burnt playing in Lake Michigan all day in the summers🙂
