### EXPLANATION ###

An ASBR (Autonomous System Boundary Router) is a router that connects the OSPF domain to external networks. It advertises information about external networks (for example, a default route to the Internet) to the routers in the OSPF domain.

Trick to this one is the fact it mentions default route, which is 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 or ::0, so this is going to most likely deal with external connections out in the internet so always assume ASBR when this is involved

I just reasoned it out to be the ASBR, it's the main entry into the OSPF instance, may as well advertise the Default Gateway.

It's ABR that advertises Type 3 default route LSA for a stub area or totally stub area not ASBR

If R1 advertises with the command " default-information originate always
" it would be ABR or not?

What if r1 advertising this route from another router r2 which originally originated the route? In that case, r1 is still advertising right and r1 cannot be an asbr also? Just trying ti understand
