Add a 4kg Bomb and than it will be balanced

Actually you shouldn't put 4.7k bombs on the plane since each of the cluster bombs in RD shoots out more little bomblets. A better way to implement the 4.7k KB44 munitions would be to take the number of holes formed by a cluster bomb in RD and divide 4.7k by that and that's how many bombs you put on the MW1.
