I like it over the Rav4. Chevy finally updated the design and tech now Toyotas behind. The Toyota tax plus the fact you can never find one would lead me to get this. My only issue is that there's no hybrid option.

I love this interior over the LT and RS. I would switch out the tires for something more sleek.

The rear plastic pieces of the center console are poorly put together. Visibly uneven. I’m assuming this is preproduction but you would think if Chevy knew this was being televised they would have fixed that! Very sloppy. Not encouraging or impressive. However, I did drive the RS version recently and I was impressed by the appearance and ride quality. The console was assembled well on the one I drove.

@6:31 like the dash no big I -PAD glued to the dash, as with most off road like, trim models 12:37 does it need a moon roof ? when one has a roof top tent or rack cant see any thing, like the cargo 6' floor length. I can sleep and camp out of it, good review

LOVE the look of this, then I get to the chrome on the front.. why? This isn't a Denali, this is supposed to be an off roadish vehicle. That'll definitely be a factor when I go look at one.

What I don't understand is why Chevrolet didn't call this the Z71 Equinox. They used the Z71 for the Traverse. And GMC is calling the new Terrain the AT4. This seems odd to me. I really like the Equinox Activ, but may buy the Terrain. It is similar but has the recovery hooks and is more off road oriented. Plus the front end of the Terrain looks cleaner.

One thing I like on the Chevy is the orientation of the large screen. It's just like my Z71 Traverse. Hard decision to make, but I have until Spring to decide when they release the AT4 Terrain. The GMC will be more expensive, but they always have equipment that Chevy doesn't offer. And I'm already tired of seeing that green color. Chevy is using it too much.
