Vigilante Deku Song | 'Drag Me Under' | Divide Music [My Hero Academia]

This week I bring you a new anime inspired song for Izuku Midoriya/Vigilante Deku! My Hero Academia was really the start of my channel with "One For All". I felt right at home again making this song for Deku and this new arc he is on in season 6 of MHA. I hope you enjoy!

Izuku Midoriya (緑みどり谷や出いず久く Midoriya Izuku?), also known as Deku (デク Deku?), is the main protagonist of the My Hero Academia manga and anime series.

Even though Izuku was born Quirkless, he manages to catch the attention of the legendary hero All Might, due to his innate heroism and a strong sense of justice, and has since become his close pupil, as well as a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School. All Might passed on his transferable Quirk to Izuku, making him the ninth and current holder of One For All.

Keep in mind, he is 15 to 16 at most during this arc. And he is out here doing what most grown adults with powers aren't willing to do. Risking his life to the bitter end in hopes that one day, everyone can feel safe and smile once more. I think a quote from spiderman 2 says it best "he's just a kid." It's tragic to see this, but you have to see it unfold. It's portrayed painfully well in the manga, the anime, and it sure as hell is portrayed well in this song! Rock on Divide! <3

This really captures the essence of midoriya's desperation to protect everyone even if it meant leaving them behind to try and fight the villains alone, you can really feel the emotional touch that's displayed here

I was hyped as hell when I was listening to this. But I noticed something. The last part of the song where it's the flashback of Deku's growth. It sounds ALOT (I might be tripping) like the beat/track from your Deku song "Pride." Phenomenal. That had me in a state I couldn't describe.
