Please resolve home vs away score designation pertaining to E-club members. There are conflicting rules. One rules states the home club is "An organization that is permitted to administer and manage the Handicap Index of those players who have designated it as their home club." Which would be the E-club for E-club members. Another rule states "The selection of a home club should be based upon where you play most frequently." So do we designate away for all scores in accordance with the first rule and in conflict with the second? Or designate home for scores on course most frequently played in accordance with the second rule and in conflict with the first?

Course ratings put way too much respect on distance. My home course is a little under 7000 from the whites but wide open with little water and very little ob. It’s rated tougher than par while a shorter tighter course nearby is rated under par and is without a doubt a tougher course. The system isn’t even close to accurate

Index is based on the 8 lowest scores posted of 20 total, period. Also uses up to 3 year old posted scores, really?
