I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. i agree with writing things down. The mind always tries to gloss over things/ details, just to help you cope.
Once more time has passed, it will seem less bad. Some narcy people count on this: They disappear for a while & then return to respin the story.

I bought a 30 foot rv, moved into it, and one morning, just over 3 weeks ago, I drove off at 7 a.m. NOW he says he wants to be a good, Christian husband. NOW?!!! Lies!! All lies!!! That water has flowed under the bridge already!!

He tried to hoover me the other day asking can we go to dinner to clear the air (AFTER A WHOLE YEAR) of not apologizing or barely speaking to me. You are doing the Universe's good work, Lee. This is dangerous, meta-physical business. I know that I need to practice restraint and self-control. It's humbling, but after all of the mental mind-fuckery and betrayal, it's worth the wait and work. My brain and body absolutely tricked me with my ex-narc. I pray that he stays "out of sight, out of mind."

I received your book a few days ago. I bought it for my children but quickly realized that I grew up in a toxic abusive household. It’s a bit overwhelming trying to navigate healing from my ex narc partners abuse, only to figure out that I’ve been the scapegoat my entire life. Any recommendations on free support groups? I have no insurance and don’t really have the funds to pay for classes etc.
