Lars gets a lot of hate, but he is a seriously underrated composer. His drumming isn't over the top technically, but he has an awesome ear for complimenting the guitar play of Hetfield and Hammett. Videos like this really make that apparent.

While Lars even admits he is not the best drummer in the world, the man has contributed an amazing number of beats and songs. Listen to "And Justice for All". That album is a lesson in metal drumming. If you can faithfully emulate half of what is there, I'll give you huge video props on Youtube, facebook and everywhere else. Since most trolls don't back u their expertise with ANY video, we know where their comments come from: their ass. I love Meytal and have watched her play a bunch of originals and covers. She is quite talented. I will agree with those who fault the use of the "piccolo" tuned snare for this cover...the sound is just wrong...maybe better for a RHCP cover.

I like that you smile and rock. More people should be like that. Music is supposed to be about emotion, and if you enjoy playing, then smile! If you enjoy playing but don't wanna smile, then don't smile. Just don't yell at people for smiling (this is directed towards some of the people in the comments...) Also, I like the snare sound. Not the best sound, but I like it. Everyone else who doesn't like it, well that's your opinion.
