EASY OREO TRUFFLES FOR CHRISTMAS

Ingredients:
- package of oreos
- package of cream cheese
- melted chocolate
- sprinkles

Method:
In a food processor combine a package of oreos and cream cheese. Create small bite sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate morsels and coat the truffles. Top with sprinkles and refrigerate for 30 more minutes. Enjoy! These are the perfect small gift this holiday season. Great teacher gifts!

i made some of these today and i couldn't believe how good they were
i love cream cheese, i like oreos, but i wasnt sure how them together would taste. now i am mad at my old self for underestimating it. ❤

I have been making these for Christmas for the last 3 years & my family loves them. When I make them, I have a problem when I dip them. The first 2 or 3 come off the fork easily. After that in the process of trying to get them off the fork & onto the parchment paper, I end up with scraping the melted chocolate & some of the cookie mixture too off the bottom. Is there a better way to dip them & place them on the parchment paper? I would appreciate any advice on this.
