My trip began with a shocking experience in Bogotá, where I was robbed in the first week by scopolamine, also known as the devil's breath. This powerful drug left me vulnerable, and I lost both my phones, all my money, and my vlogging camera. Despite this harrowing start, I decided to continue my exploration of this beautiful country, determined to uncover its true essence.
Over the next two months, I will take you with me as I visit some of Colombia's most captivating destinations:
Bogotá - The bustling capital where colonial charm meets modern vibrancy, filled with rich history and cultural treasures.
Neiva - A gateway to the spectacular Tatacoa Desert, offering surreal landscapes and unique natural beauty.
The Red Desert (Tatacoa Desert) - An otherworldly terrain of red rock formations and star-studded night skies.
Cali - The salsa capital of the world, where the rhythm of the city will make you want to dance through the streets.
Medellín - A city of transformation, known for its innovation, beautiful weather, and the warmth of its people.
Salento - Nestled in the coffee region, this picturesque town is the perfect place to explore lush coffee plantations and the towering wax palms of the Cocora Valley.
Guatapé - Famous for its colorful streets and the towering El Peñol rock, offering breathtaking views over a labyrinth of lakes.
