This one is for the ladies! ... Actually, its for everyone!

Having a bike correctly set up gives you the confidence you need no matter your skill level. And that's exactly what the FE 250 LOLO aims to do.

Love to see a bike oriented towards the ladies. My wife isn't big enough to feel comfy on a 250, but prefers them to 125/150cc 2T

I'm an older guy but you've really hit on something that is important regardless of age and race, lower bikes don't have to lower the fun or the capabilities for the rider.
I fought taller, and heavier bikes for years. I finally went from the KLR's, Pan America's, and 1290 SA-R's to an 890 Adventure (S) which is lower than the 890 Adventure (R) model. Because I don't have to fight the height/weight combination with my 30.5" inseam, I can get boots on the ground when I need to which means less going down. This is especially important when fatigue sets in. Plus, I actually attempt things I wouldn't on a bigger bike. I had a KLX 300 for a b it but found it totally underwhelming.
That being said, I've got a 23 501 S FE coming that was traded for a Pan America. I get the 501 now and my initial thoughts on the demo ride is this, why didn't I start riding Husqvarna's years ago? Better late than never.
Thank Dave over at MADTV for selling me on the 501. Aussie's rock!

I hate bike companies. 5'8" is the average male height worldwide, but when someone figures out how to make their bike a little lower, they call it a Ladies bike. Idiotic. And the bike is low because it has pricey options installed! How did we get by years ago riding bikes like DT250, honda xl200 (what I ride now mostly), and every other enduro type bike from yesteryear?? Steve McQueen and malcolm Smith didn't need ladders to get on their awesome bikes in On Any Sunday did they?? Maybe the only damn bikes one can find today (only used) is maybe the XT225 and super sherpa that is anything like the great older bikes! And they dropped those too after a short time!! IF you travel to europe or asia you see so many variations on the basic simple enduros and in the usa we get almost nothing. It's pathetic really. When I hear of a cool sounding bike, like Betas 125 rr's street legal (here in the USA), of course, you quickly find out that they barely import any at all!! OR Beta dealers tell you They said there going to soon, but soon ain't soon at all. The Beta seems like it might be a great bike for so many people, but it ain't here and if you happen to get one somehow, parts for it probably take forever to get here from Italy. I just waited a very long time for beta parts from italy. Yes, Hona makes that Ugly as all hell thing which is a 150cc. Who approves the design of these monstrosities anyway? Did everyone die who knew Anything about classic design? I just don't get it. If yamaha made the DT250 again, with disc brakes, would there really be no market?? uggh.
