Even though I don't remember some of these people, because I was only 3, I find this channel very informative.

48 was much too young for Joan Davis to pass away. She was great on "I Married Joan" with Jim Backus as Judge Bradley Stephens.

One of John Elredge's last roles..was playing a racetrack secretary on an episode of"Mr.Ed"..another semi-regular on"The Adventures Of Superman"TV Show..Ben Weldon also appeared on that show as a race track tout.

I've never heard Hemingway's voice before, and it was not AT ALL like what I expected.

I watched reruns of The Cisco Kid when I was young. Years later I was a bit surprised to learn the ages of Duncan Renaldo (Cisco Kid) and Leo Carrillo (Pancho). Renaldo turned 50 during the show's run and Carrillo turned 70 right before the show began. They both looked younger, especially Carrillo.

I remember reading about Gary Cooper's sad death at only 60 in May 1961 from cancer. I did not know it was specifically prostate cancer. He was one of the best and highest-profile actors in the Golden Age of Hollywood, and will never be forgotten!

Moss Hart was married to Kitty Carlisle, actress and regular panelist on To Tell The Truth.

The popular race car driver Tony Bettenhausen was killed at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 12, 1961 while testing another driver's car. The real shame is that this accident was clearly not Tony's fault - a part on the unfamiliar race car broke which caused the tragedy.

I remember learning the name Gary Cooper from the 1983 song Puttin' on the Ritz by Taco Ockerse which was actually a cover of an old 1930's song.

Gary Cooper was so loaded with charm and overall charisma. It was a shame he died so relatively young. Fine, Fine actor and human being. He played especially well against another legendary actor (I prefer the term actress), Ms. Barbara Stanwyck.

It's amazing and tragic to see so many young people passing away from heart attacks on this list

Joan Davis was also active in network radio, appearing in The Rudy Vallee Program, The Big Show, and starring in Joan Davis Time.

Frank Fay also appeared frequently on radio shows after his time in vaudeville.
