how to make Microsoft excel/word as a default program

After installing new MS Office on window 10/11 the following window alert pops up each time you try to open excel or word file:
Microsoft excel isn't currently your default program for viewing and editing spreadsheets. do you want to select file types that excel should open?
to make default them there're two ways
1- go to setting--apps
2- Open With option

Can u please talk in ur vedios how can we understand that, ur doing ur own way its not like a demo vedio u just shear ur screen to whatch ur clicks in ur laptop
