Real estate can be quite a rollercoaster, the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but i'm at crossroads if to allocate my entire $700k liquidity value to my stock portfolio or just stay 100% cash?

Micro condos need to go away. Anything less than 550sq ft (Ideally 600sq ft) is horrible.

Disastrous advice...condos will drop 50% or more. The nightmares about Toronto are high condo fees and conversion costs. 2bd 2bth 200ish will be by 2027 and as the norm. It's Canada, vast lands, not like Hong Kong.
