I shoot many coyotes sitting longer as well. Sometimes I'll sit longer than an hour. Alot of times those yotes won't make a move for at least 20-30 minutes after the last call sequence I do. I hunt alot of areas where they are very educated.

Thanks for the tips. I keep calling but nothing is happening. I'm using the regular rabbit distress and calling about 20 min. I'll try your ideas and see what happens. I know coyotes are there because 1) game camera 2) I see their tracks and 3) I've heard them. Just having trouble teasing them in. :-)

Could you please explain what you mean by calling long periods of time! How long do you call with a rabbit distress ect.? That’s where I’m struggling is to know how long to call before coyotes are turned off! Thanks for your help and great videos!!

Sat for an hour a half yesterday, got 3 opportunities. Started with fox I bumped on way in to stand, 20 min later yote showed up behind me, miss ranged him, missed 6 shots. (Luckily I use a .17 very quiet) 20 min later of no calling just sulking, a double comes creeping in, saw them 800 yds away, started going thru all kinds of distress cuz they acted like they couldn’t hear. They literally just sniffed their way in for 30 min! Never reacting to calls but kept creeping. I was in a wide open field to see them whole time. Shot one at 12
Makes yuh think bout most of your stands you can’t see that far away!!!!
