18's vs 20's --- depends on what you want to do with it. The 18's give you a thicker sidewall tire which sometimes translates to a smoother ride and better offroad, depending on the tire tread. Also, the base tow capacity is reduced to 3500 lbs without the hitch since it's missing some other goodies, like the air suspension. You can add just the hitch aftermarket, but the tow capacity doesn't change.
