I don't really think presenting the pro pick rates as a means of evaluating ranked viability is highly suboptimal. Yoru for example is able to have a very high win rate in soloq if you put in the time, because he can make plays all on his own. Reyna is also much more viable in ranked because the mechanical difference between players can be much higher, so if you are generally better at aiming than your rank you're going to be able to do well on her. A decent number of the agents only work well together in pro games because they're so coordinated, and have set plays. You see this with double controller comps, triple initiator, and any breach/neon comp. I think you should instead look at the pick and winrates of actual comp for making these lists. I think blitz has that data, though I don't know how accurate it is. Plus the whole "chamber is a duelist" this is really not true and shows a skewed perspective on the actual roles of a composition.

Change my mind but yoru is good. He's my favourite duelist and if youre someone who loves setting up plays before they happens he's so strong. You can really be creative with him

imo raze, viper and kayo are also s tier as they are the best at what each of them do, like fade and chamber.

Am I a biased Yoru main? Possibly. But putting Yoru in D-tier is just flat out wrong.
Pro play and your average ranked experience shouldn't be compared, you don't see pro comps being ran in random LoL games either.
He's still a better duelist than Reyna and possibly even Phoenix.

In my opinion, pro play doesn't do anything to bring down the power of an agent. Pick rates don't affect the agent kit or playability, it's just a number to show that pros wouldn't think that this agent is viable. Say for example that Yoru or Phoenix are bad because pros don't use them is a dumb way to think. Play the agent that you want, there are agents better than others but they are still playable. You shouldn't base your views on agents because of champions, solo queue and champions are two different things, don't merge them.

Dude that's not true, the best way to increase your chance of winning is by playing the agents that suites you the most and feel comfortable playing than other agents even if they're bad agents

in my opinion, in solo queue Reyna is definitely an s tier agent simply because you can just run through teams with less coordination (which happens a lot in ranked play)

As a reminder to everyone, this tier list seems to be mostly based on pro level. For example, Yoru or Reyna probably perform wayyyy better in lower ranks/elo due to players usually having less game sense, while something like KAY/O may be worse because there's less communication in those lobbies. Play what you feel comfortable with and don't listen to people telling you you're loosing games bc of your agent picks.

I think it’s time to stop spreading misinformation, you put yoru on D tier based on stats and pickrate which is completely wrong. Yoru is a very advanced and difficult agent that requires a lot of team coordination to be impactful on, and not to mention the plans and executions you need to pull off by your own. So I think that speaks for itself, it’s a niche agent, doesn’t mean it NEEDS to be pushed into meta. In high rank he is pretty much considered as a overtuned agent. Not much you can do with him but ask the player base to practice and get better at yoru rather than brainwashing viewers to beg riot for yoru buffs.

I play initiators and my favourite used to be breach because of his flashes, but after i got skye i started to play her because you get a free flash ever round, you can use you flashes anywhere and they recharge, i understand that kayo might be better because he has a better flash in multiple ways, but skye can get a flash on the first round for free.

Idk how brim has the highest winrate and is always hardstuck B-tier, he's viable at almost all ranks if you're good with him.

I don't care how meta chamber is i'm sticking to cypher because if you know how to play him he can be more valuable to a team than chamber imo as you can frag on him with your util and generate more info/flank watching than chamber with one you can also watch angles without a risk (with chamber it's low to mid risk). So i stay a true cypher and Kay/o main

How come yoru is worst than reyna? Yoru has good utility for team support/entry and a decent ult for info what does reyna contribute to the team blind? This is the reason why tier list aren't that reliable
