Letitia James and Judge Engoron fully understood that this case would most likely be dumped by the appellate court. That didn’t matter. Leticia James announced while running for office that she was motivated to “get Trump.” That alone should have been enough to show motivation behind this case was political and not criminal. And the timing of their lawsuit was perfect use as election interference. They should be kicked out on their pompous 🤜🏼.

According to this lawsuit. I sold my house...for a good sum. The buyers are happy.... I am happy.... but Ms. James can come back years later and call my private transaction fraudulent because I overstated what I thought my home was worth. I had professionals do my due diligence and the buyers had theirs. But I guess going forward we have the go the the AG and Ms. James to make sure neither of us are committing fraud. Even though they can't really tell me how to prevent it in the first place.

Hearing this panel of judges beat down Ms.James case against Trump has restored some of my respect in the legal system. It looks like there might be some justice in
New York for Trump after all. Fingers Crossed.
