That is the best type of applicator for applying brow powder and pomade. It’s formulated to really stay on the brow unlike eyeshadow which can often smudge. Eye shadow is smoother because it’s meant for delicate skin on the eyelid. Brow hair and skin is a different texture that requires a harder formula powder or pencil. Enjoy it.
