One of the earliest KAIZEN™ Champions, Jayesh Shah is an Entrepreneur and Industrialist managing one of the largest private-sector groups; Sumaria Group, in Tanzania for 38 years. He has helped to transform a small trading company to one of the largest industrial groups in the region. Sumaria Group of companies have diversified interests in East Africa, mainly in the manufacture of plastic products, consumer products, agro-processing, and real estate.

He is also Chairman of the Board of many companies including Insurance, Banking, Education, etc.
