Area 51 is twenty years old and he looks to be absolutely flourishing on the court with Wemby. The future is incredibly bright. Wemby shooting over 40% from three since finding his touch is absolute insanity.

I don't have any dislike towards Collins but we can't just dismiss the great defense that Bassey brings to the court when Wemby sits. Bassey needs to eat up his minutes...

Tanking would not make any sense now. Even more when you think that we never played with sochan and vassel added to te starter. + We have other bad team picks that may convey.

Whoever doesn't make the starting lineup will be a hell of a sixth man. Remember guys, Ginobili wasn't a starter. I dont really mind if Vassell or Castle play sixth man. Bench depth is the Spurs way. What's crazy is the Spurs had a slow start to the year and still we are 10-8. Victor is back in full force and 28pts+ is beginning to look like the norm for him, and he's shooting better than we've ever seen. He could end the year averaging 26pts/10reb/4blks at this rate. All-NBA level stuff in year 2. We've also had a tough schedule thus far playing almost exclusively Western Conference teams. I honestly think our ceiling is 50 wins. I haven't been this high on the Spurs since 2018. HALLELUJAH

Yeah there is no more tanking. CP3 has said multiple times in interviews that he don't know what playing for nothing is, so in other words we aint tanking with CP3 on our squad

As long as most key pieces stay healthy, the team should be getting better and better through the seasons (CP3 and Barnes might get a bit worse but all the rest should get better). I think this season might end up being very surprising for us all.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they go back to tanking when and if pop comes back. Right now they’ve got a pause on the tanking so Mitch can make a name for himself

Spurs need to keep that starting line up and just replace Julian or Barnes with Jeremy...and bring devin jones and Johnson off the bench for right now...that would be the best bench in the league by far
