Does anyone else watch painting videos because they find them super relaxing, even though they may never be able to paint that well themselves?

Also I could feel you so much, about the struggle of saying your proud of something you've created due to the critizism of art school teachers. And I think, that's definately a downside of artschool, because let's be honest: It's totally fine and more of all healthy to be proud on something you created! We don't always have to look out for the one thing we could have could better in order to progress. Sometimes its just way more fueling to take a step back and take a moment to be proud of how far we've come. 🌱🧡💛💚

i really hope you always paint the way you feel more comfortable with, don’t feel pressured to have a different lighting, just paint however you want. at the end of the day this is a paint with me so please just do it however you would do it without cameras it makes it really aesthetically pleasant but most importantly, very unique and authentic

Hey Jim, it’s been a while since I’ve watched your videos. I’ve been going through a hard time, a lot of depression if I can be so blunt. I use to watch your videos all the time cause they helped me a lot with my anxiety and inspired me to keep drawing and painting. I recently joined the Navy and it’s been hard.
